How to start

Sign up
Enter your organization name, your name and phone. If your organization is already on PixMomento, pick it — “This is my organization”. We review the request and open your dashboard.

Create an event
Name, date, address and cover, step by step. Schedule, rules and the registration link can be added later. Our team reviews your first event before it goes live.

Add photographers
Invite PixMomento photographers or approve their requests. Each one gets a Media Pass with a QR code and uploads photos straight to the event page.

Photos from every photographer at the event are in one place. After the competition the event stays in the photo catalog, and athletes find themselves by selfie.
Media Pass
Every approved photographer has a pass with a QR code, so at the door you can see they work your event. Revoke a pass in one click.

Logo, description, website and all your events at pixmomento.com/organizers/your-club.
No upfront cost
Creating events is free and does not require payouts. If PixMomento agrees on a share of sales with you, the money arrives through Stripe.
FAQ
How much does it cost?
It is free for organizers. Photographers sell the photos and set the prices. The organization share of sales is 0% unless PixMomento agrees otherwise with you.
Do I need to connect Stripe?
No, you can create and publish events without Stripe. You only need it if your organization gets a share of sales: payouts go through Stripe.
How do photographers join an event?
You invite PixMomento photographers from your dashboard or approve their requests. A photographer you have not approved cannot upload photos to your event.
What is a Media Pass?
A photographer pass with a QR code. Scanning it opens a page with the photographer’s name, the event and a mark that the pass is valid. A revoked pass shows “Not valid”.
What happens to the event after the competition?
It moves to the “Find my photos” catalog together with photographer sessions. Athletes open it and search for themselves by selfie right away.
Our organization is already on PixMomento — what do I do?
When signing up, find it and check “This is my organization”. After review, the organization and its events move to your account.
